This Master Service Agreement ("MSA") constitutes a legally binding contract between Aetheris Systems LLC and the authorized institutional entity ("Client"). By initializing the Aetheris Autopilot system or authorizing ACH/Wire transfers, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms. This platform is strictly Business-to-Business (B2B); consumer access is prohibited.
Aetheris Systems provides autonomous AI infrastructure, including the Riley Voice Engine and Database Reactivation algorithms. While our neural networks are calibrated for maximum conversion efficiency in the Medical Spa sector, Aetheris does not guarantee specific revenue figures or lead volume. The Client is solely responsible for fulfilling the medical or aesthetic services booked by the AI.
Subscription tiers (e.g., Aetheris Prime Nexus) are billed on a recurring monthly cycle. All financial clearings are executed via institutional wire, ACH transfer, or authorized regional gateways (e.g., Elevate Pay).
All source code, UI/UX designs, voice synthesis models, and neural network algorithms remain the exclusive intellectual property of Aetheris Systems. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to utilize the dashboard during their active subscription. The Client retains full ownership of their proprietary patient databases and CRM data.
In no event shall Aetheris Systems LLC, its founders, or engineers be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or medical malpractice claims arising from AI-booked appointments. Total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Aetheris reserves the right to terminate access instantly if a Client breaches HIPAA protocols or attempts reverse-engineering of the AI models. Clients may cancel their service with a 30-day written notice to support@aetherissystems.co.uk.
